MakeupxNikoletta is a South Florida-based makeup artist specializing in traditional and airbrush makeup services for weddings and all special occasions and offering her services to South Florida, Baltimore and beyond.

Born and raised in Rhodes, Greece and moved to Baltimore, MD. at eleven years old! Moving to a new country, having to adjust to a new lifestyle and learning English was definitely the hardest thing I've ever had to do in life. From a quiet, shy, young girl with no confidence to a confident, proud, female entrepreneur and it's all thanks to my love and passion for makeup.

Growing up I didn't know what I wanted to be in life, but after high school I discovered the world of beauty gurus on Youtube. I fell in love with watching Jaclyn Hill and Carli Bybel do their makeup, share their Ulta and Sephora hauls, and organize their makeup rooms. This opened up a whole new world for me. Makeup gave me a voice!

I started working in the beauty industry immediately at age 19 at Ulta Beauty and then I became a Market Specialist for Too Faced Cosmetics and soon after I started my journey with Tarte Cosmetics as an Account Coordinator. While working in retail for all these amazing brands, I was also doing makeup on the side on the weekends for weddings and other special occassions.

Overall I am a self taugh artist, but I am also certified by many incredible other artists in the industry that I look up to, including Mario Dedivanovic and Lauren D'Amelio.

When I'm not doing makeup, I love to spend time with myself by catching up on my favorite YouTubers, going for walks and listening to podcasts, hanging out at the beach working on my tan, and spending quality time with my family, friends, and my dog Simba. I love all things positivity, and becoming the best version of myself. Greek food is my fave, iced vanilla coffee with oatmilk is my guilty pleasure, sunsets and the beach are my love language, and currently binge watching Ozark. I'm also a Swiftie, so we can bond over Taylor while I do your makeup.
